The application comprises three main screens:

• Tracker screen: Initiate or conclude activity tracking using the stopwatch. This screen also displays the remaining time towards the set target through a countdown timer or a chronometer.
• History screen: Review, add, edit, or track past records.
• Statistics screen: View overall durations, variances from set targets, percentages, and graphical representations.

The app requests storage and internet access permissions for tasks such as saving and retrieving database backups on the device and facilitating their transmission via email.
